Cross-border commerce
Keep product listings, store operations and overseas team collaboration moving.
Mainland China–Hong Kong dedicated connectivity
Guangzhou access, a dedicated cross-border circuit and Hong Kong egress. A smoother connection for work, collaboration and digital life.

Target latency between the two nodes
Committed bandwidth, sized to fit
Four resources, delivered together
The ≤5ms target applies only between the Guangzhou and Hong Kong circuit nodes. It excludes local access and onward routing to your destination. Measurement and service commitments are defined in the delivery plan and contract.
See the connection
Traffic from offices, homes and mobile devices reaches the Guangzhou cloud server, then travels over the dedicated circuit to the Hong Kong egress. Each connection is delivered for its approved use and local network conditions.
Mainland–Hong Kong circuit
Hong Kong egress
From access to egress
Compute, bandwidth and the cross-border circuit are planned together. Focus on your work while we coordinate connection and deployment.
Mainland-side bandwidth through China Telecom in Guangzhou.
A cloud server linking your access environment to the dedicated circuit.
Dedicated transport between Guangzhou and Hong Kong, sized to your committed bandwidth.
A Hong Kong cloud server and local egress bandwidth for international workloads.
Server CPU, memory, storage, access locations and egress configuration are confirmed for your requirements.
Built around your everyday work
Keep product listings, store operations and overseas team collaboration moving.
Bandwidth for high-resolution media, live streams and video meetings. Experience depends on the source and the full access path.
Aim for lower latency and less jitter with an optimized path. End-to-end latency depends on the game server and your access network.
Move orders, inventory, product media and team files efficiently across locations.
A simpler way to connect
Use your existing network and compatible devices to reach the Guangzhou node through a dedicated client or a company gateway tunnel. Support assists from connection planning through configuration and testing.
Assess my connectionAn existing internet connection is required. Locations, permitted uses and device support are confirmed during review.
Connect through our dedicated client. Support assists with installation, connection configuration and testing. Use existing broadband at home, or mobile data and Wi-Fi on the move.
Technical teams can connect their company router or gateway to the Guangzhou cloud server through a tunnel. Assess WireGuard or IPsec against the equipment and network, then route the required business traffic over the circuit.
No need to work out the network configuration yourself. We recommend a client or gateway solution for your locations, devices and use, then assist with setup, acceptance checks and ongoing support.
Across the devices you use
Optional services
From AI workspaces to mobile access, shape the service around how you work. Optional services are quoted separately from the circuit.
We can help connect authorised AI services through servers in a selected country or region, with a unified entry point, access controls and usage management, or deploy licensed self-hosted models. OpenAI, Claude and similar services require eligible user locations, accounts and provider authorisation. Server location alone does not establish eligibility. Server, subscription and API charges are separate.
Our dedicated mobile client is available with assisted installation and configuration. Connect over mobile data or Wi-Fi when away from your desk. Supported systems, devices and regions are confirmed before delivery.
Your delivery plan includes access to provisioned bandwidth and utilisation so you can understand traffic load and remaining capacity. Support sets up the monitoring view and measurement basis. The animation on this page only illustrates the route.
More value from your connection
Move the slider to find your fit. We aim to make dedicated connectivity more competitive, with a lower unit price as your bandwidth grows.
From 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Arrow keys adjust by 1 Mbps; Page Up / Page Down adjust by 100 Mbps.
The slider uses two scales: 100 Mbps–1 Gbps on the left, and 1–10 Gbps on the right. The input always shows Mbps.
Includes all four bundle components. Viewing a quote does not activate a service or incur charges.
The per-Mbps rate is interpolated between adjacent tiers, then multiplied by bandwidth. Prices follow your selected currency; final configuration and pricing are confirmed by sales.
Based on CNY prices and converted to your selected currency for budget estimates. 1 USD = 6.7071 CNY · 2026-09-16 · Fallback rate snapshot ↗
Before you connect
Clear answers about the circuit, access and supported devices.
Chinese network-access identity rules and carrier onboarding requirements call for verified customer details. Activation requires genuine personal or business information, connection locations and intended use. FEB assists with documents, review and applicable filing.
The dedicated segment between Guangzhou and Hong Kong does not pass through a firewall. This describes only the circuit between its two endpoint nodes. Local networks, company gateways, cloud security groups and services beyond the Hong Kong egress may apply their own security rules.
The Guangzhou–Hong Kong circuit segment does not filter content. This does not extend to local networks or destination websites, applications and AI services, which retain their own content rules, regional availability and account requirements.
This solution uses a carrier-grade cross-border circuit delivered for approved uses. Compliance depends on the carrier’s authorisation, circuit documentation and review of the customer’s intended use. FEB assists with applicable filing or approval documents, with the Guangzhou–Hong Kong segment, access scope and use defined in the contract. Identity verification or filing alone does not authorise unrestricted resale or use.
Use our dedicated client over existing broadband, mobile data or Wi-Fi. Supported platforms include iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, Apple TV / tvOS and Android TV. Support assists with installation, configuration and testing for your device model and OS version.
Yes. Your company router or gateway can establish a compatible tunnel, such as WireGuard or IPsec, to the Guangzhou cloud server under the agreed delivery plan. Agree protocols, subnets and routes, exchange the required public keys or certificates, then test both ends. Gateway policy routing can cover selected devices or business traffic without configuring every device separately.
Yes. Delivery includes a way to view bandwidth and utilisation, with the measurement interval and location explained. Committed bandwidth is the package capacity; actual throughput also depends on your access connection, equipment and destination service. The map animation is not a live monitor.
We can assess routing authorised AI-service traffic to servers in a selected country or region, with a unified entry point, access controls and usage management. Licensed self-hosted models are another option. OpenAI, Claude and similar services also require eligible user locations, accounts or organisations and provider authorisation; moving the server egress alone does not change these conditions. Servers, model subscriptions and API usage are quoted separately.
≤5 ms is the latency target between the Guangzhou and Hong Kong circuit nodes. Local access to Guangzhou, the onward route from Hong Kong and application processing add their own delay. The contract defines service metrics and measurement methods.
We confirm your location and intended use, then guide you through review, contracting and deployment.
Activation requires verified identity and intended-use details, with applicable filings and carrier review. FEB assists with preparation and coordination. Identity checks or filings do not replace telecom authorization; home and mobile access must fit the approved use.
Long-term contracts can define bandwidth, configuration, term, support and maintenance. Availability and service metrics are governed by the agreement signed by both parties.
