FebCloud and Alibaba Cloud subscriptions cover one calendar month; other options are estimated at 730 hours. Boot disks are included. Public IPs, bandwidth and egress, taxes, snapshots, paid support and additional disk I/O or performance charges are excluded. Azure's 40 GB requirement is billed at the 64 GiB E6 tier; Standard SSD I/O transactions cost extra.
Only CPU count, memory and disk capacity are aligned. CPU generations, sustained performance, disk IOPS and throughput are not necessarily equivalent. Prices and availability may change; final prices are subject to each provider's confirmed quote.
This is not an exhaustive comparison of each provider's cheapest options. For example, AWS t3.medium with 40 GiB gp3 is approximately USD 42.38/month, but uses burstable CPU credits with different sustained-load conditions. Additional CPU credits are excluded from that base price. AWS T3
